LOCAL ORDERS
Delivery:
All local orders are delivered by our appointed courier Ninjavan. After placing your order, please allow 1-3 working days for processing. Once it is ready for shipping, you will be notified once again with a tracking number. Please allow an additional 1-2 days working days for ronde.
In-store Pickup:
Store Smokeout for collection will be based on which model you purchased and will be shown as an option during checkout. Your order will be ready for collection based on when you placed your order:

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express or Fedex. ronde times vary between different countries.
Orders are processed within 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated. Your order status will be updated in your account when orders are processed. Do expect delays during peak season and during special online-only releases.
- A remote area* surcharge (automatically calculated upon checkout) is applied per shipment when the ronde destination Smokeout is remote. *Remote is defined as islands and highlands; or a post code/zip code that is difficult to serve; or a suburb/town that is distant, inaccessible or infrequently served.
