Shipping Information

THANK YOU! Your order means the world to us! Feel good knowing that as soon as we receive your order, a flurry of people leap into action zipping your gear on the truck.

Please note that once an order has been placed, we cannot alter your order including information such as Ship to Address. Please ensure all information is correct before submitting you order. If the incorrect shipping address is submitted on your order FedEx is not able to update or redirect the shipment at this time due to COVID-19.

Shipping Details 

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, and ship Monday–Friday (excluding holidays and weekends). Please note there might be some delays in delivery during the peak holiday season. 
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery once the package departs our facility. Tracking is available for all ship methods except Smart Post. Orders from Hawaii and Alaska can take 7+ days to deliver. 
  • Sorry….International shipping is not available at this time. We only ship within the Continental United States.
  • Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise.

Shipping Costs

  • All shoppers will enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders over $40, via Fedex/USPS Smartpost Shipping. Note your order must hit the threshold after all discounts and coupons are applied to be eligible for free shipping. 
  • For all orders under $40, there will be a $7.99 shipping fee.
  • Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee (please see chart below for details). **Please note expedited shipping is not available for purchases of 5 or more pairs of shoes.

Buy Online, Pick Up In Store

  • Select items are available for in store pick up! Inventory by store will populate on the product page when selecting, size, color and other specifics for each item.
  • When you check out you can select In Store Pick Up on the shipping section of your cart. You will be given a drop down menu of stores with inventory of the items in your cart. Select the store where you wish to pick up your order.
  • Once an In Store Pickup Order has been placed you will recieve an email confirmation that we got the order. You will recieve a second email within 4 business hours when your order has been processed and is ready for pick up.
  • You will need the confirmation email for your order to pick up in store, as well as a photo ID. 
  • Please note if all items in your cart are not available in store you will not be able to select in store pick up.
