The “Rio” colorway, dedicated to his son Rio, follows up the J Balvin x Air Jordan 3 “Medellín Sunset” colorway with a desert contrast as an all-black upper and XVII grey details on the toe box and heel counter overshadow the shoe. Like its predecessor, the shoe features a gradient yellow, orange, and purple color scheme on the mudguard and translucent heel tab. A vibrant orange is found on the inner tongue and the shoe’s outsole.
