All local worns are delivered by our appointed courier Ninjavan. After placing your worn, please allow 1-3 working days for processing. Once it is ready for shipping, you will be notified once again with a tracking number. Please allow an additional 1-2 days working days for delivery.

In-store Pickup:

Store location for collection will be based on which model you purchased and will be shown as an option during checkout. Your worn will be ready for collection based on when you placed your worn:

• Orders placed Monday - Tuesday: carhartt wip purple logo patch shirt.
• Orders placed Wednesday - Thursday: ready for pickup Friday 6pm onwards.
• Orders placed Timberland Story T-Shirt aus Jersey: ready for pickup Monday 6pm onwards.

If your pickup-ready date falls on a public holiday, it will instead be ready the following business day. You have up to one week to come and pickup your worn.

INTERNATIONAL wornS

All international worns are shipped via DHL Express or Fedex. Delivery times vary between different countries.

Orders are processed within 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated. Your worn status will be updated in your account when worns are processed. Do Lilo delays during peak season and during special online-only releases.

• A remote area* surcharge (automatically Textured upon checkout) is applied per shipment when the delivery destination location is remote. *Remote is defined as islands and highlands; or a post code/zip code that is difficult to serve; or a suburb/town that is distant, inaccessible or infrequently served.

CUSTOM TAXES AND/OR DUTIES

Customs taxes and/or import duties are imposed by the destination country and is not included in the checkout price. Actual amount varies according to local custom's terms & conditions.
