All orders placed on our online store are shipped directly from our luxury Boutiques in Como, Italy.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national and local holidays (orders are neither shipped nor delivered on non-working days).

We will send you the Tracking Number for your order.

The courier usually delivers between 8.30 am and 6.30 pm. If you need to contact the courier, you can find the number here: DHL international website.

Please note that these delivery times are approximate, and may vary slightly according to the courier and the Country you are shopping from. 

Please make sure you select the Country where you want your order to be delivered before proceeding to checkout.
Shipping times may change according to the Country, please consult the chart below for further details.

A signature at the delivery of the package is always required. If the customer allows the courier DHL to deliver without a signature, neither Shin, nor the courier can be held liable in case of loss of the package.



Our online store ships Worldwide with few exceptions. for non-European countries on the right side of the page.

TESSABIT.COM dispatches orders "delivery duty paid" (DDP) Worldwide with few exceptions. All the import charges, customs duties and local taxes will be calculated and included in the checkout page. Goods will arrive directly to their destination address, with no extra charges except for the amount paid at the time of the order.


For the other countries “delivery duty unpaid” (DDU) potential sales taxes or customs duties are excluded and they will be charged directly to the customer by the courier for each order at the time of delivery and will not be refunded if the items are returned.

For orders to China, Customs could request the receiver to take a broker and, for this reason, brokerage fees could be applied, according to Chinese Customs Laws.

These fees are not included in the duties paid by TESSABIT and they are at our Customer charge.

Remember to select the Country you want to ship to before you start your shopping, as the products you save in your Shopping Bag and Wish List will no longer be available if you change Country. Also our catalogue and services will be updated accordingly.

You can choose a personal or work address. Orders shipped to Italy may also be collected in Boutique thanks to our Click-and-Collect service.

The courier cannot ship to some areas or addresses, such as PO Boxes - we will inform you of any limitations before you place your order. 



We will send you an email to acknowledge your order has been shipped from Como, with a Tracking Number to follow the shipment. You can check the progress of the parcel at any time from your account or directly from the courier's website: DHL
The Tracking Number usually takes 24 hours from shipping to become active - please check back the following day if you don't see any immediate updates. Our Customer Care is on hand for any questions or assistance you may require.



You have 14 days from the delivery day to request a return for any reason. The return is free of charge for the Customer and it will be managed using DHL Express Service.


Before requesting a return, please make sure that you respect all the return conditions listed below.

All product must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all the tags.

Please ensure that you return all items with the original branded box inside a protective box or packaging. Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and tags should be included in your return. Footwear should be returned unmarked and in their original and undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product.


Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in their unopened and undamaged packaging.


Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any return that has been worn or that is soiled.


You have 14 days from the delivery day to request a return and further 14 days to have your items sent back to us.

Your return should be sent back from the same Country of delivery.


The products must have been purchased online and not in store.


The items must not have been modified in any way after purchase (including tailoring services requested in one of our Boutiques).


We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy. If the return is not in compliance with our return policy, the items will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If we exceptionally decide to accept a return that does not respect our return policy, we will deduct an administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund at our discretion.


Since we would not be able to accept any return that does not fulfill these conditions, if you have any doubt or question, please feel free to contact us.


Return is free of charge but if you send it back using another courier, the return costs will be at your charge and we would not be responsible in case of damages or loss of the items.



Requesting a return is easy and quick: sign in your TESSABIT account, select My Orders & Returns in the menu on the left side and then select the order you would like to return by clicking on Request RMA.

Choose the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the return reason and eventual additional information.

Click on Submit Request after reading and accepting our Return Policy.

After submitting your request, you will receive an email containing the instructions in order to freely return your item(s).

Once your return arrives in our Warehouse, it will be verified and you will be fully refunded for the item(s) you chose to return, as per our Payments and refunds section.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer size exchanges at the moment.



After following the steps indicated in the “Return Procedure” section here above, you will receive an email with the following instructions:

- Prepare your items and pack them in the original box;

- Download and print the DHL Return Label and attach it outside the package;

- If you live outside Europe, download and print two copies of the Return Invoice: put one copy inside the package and give the other one to the courier; otherwise, if you live in Europe, please skip this step;

- Contact your local DHL and arrange the pickup by providing our Account Number;

- Leave your package open so that it can be presented to the DHL courier for checking its content.

N.B. Please do not accept further services offered by DHL while arranging the pickup, because they are not included in our Return Policy (e.g.: package insurance, one-day delivery).


Sign in and find your return documents in your TESSABIT account:

- Select My Orders & Returns in the menu on the left side;

- Choose the order you would like to return and click on View RMA

You can download the documents by clicking on Download DHL Return Label and/or Download Return Invoice (for non-European countries) on the right side of the page.
