  • PROBLEMS WITH ORDERED ITEMS

    If you notice that your ordered item has an imperfection or abnormality, please contact our customer service.

    We distinguish three cases here:

    WRONG ITEM / WRONG SIZE

    If you have received the wrong item or an item in the wrong size, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

    DAMAGED ITEM

    You can also make use of your 14-day right of return for damaged items.

    RECLAMATION

    Complaints concerning damage to the product that have occured after the 14-day return period.

    Saturday: 9:00 am 1:00 pm:

    • 1. Capture the damage and make sure it is clearly visible on 2-3 photos.
    • 2. Send the pictures along with a detailed description to info@kickz.com.
    • 3. After we have evaluated your pictures, we will contact you with the result or relevant follow-up questions.

    Please note that only damage that cannot be attributed to normal use can be considered for claims.
